3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts celery, diced 1 16 oz. can tomatoes mushrooms, sliced 1 can tomato paste 1 1/2 tsp oregano 2 small onions, chopped 1 tsp salt green pepper, chopped 1/4 tsp pepper Brown chicken in a little oil. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook until chicken is tender. Serve over rice (not figured into nutritional analysis). Serves 4.
